B2C and B2B communication for SPAR and Lambrechts

Since 1985, Lambrechts has been one of the two SPAR brand license holders in Belgium. Today over 100 SPAR and SPAR Express stores are part of this formula that is mainly focussed on freshness, proximity, service and quality. Lambrechts is not just a supplier to the independent SPAR retailers, but also a partner for marketing, sales and development. Pubmarket! on the other hand, has for many years been the group's go-to communication partner for consumers, shop keepers, candidate shop keepers and suppliers.

Our optichannel strategy

Pubmarket! developed an opti-channel strategy for consumers that retains activations and promotions as the central theme while also giving inspiration and storytelling a prominent place. The folders (bi-weekly for SPAR and 10 times a year for SPAR Express), combined with the website, are still the most important tools for promoting the fresh offers, promotions, new products, house brands and actions. The look and feel of the folders recently underwent a full make over. The luxury magazine, Peper & Zout, is published 7 times a year and is something customers and retailers look forward to. It provides seasonal recipes and inspirational tips. Pubmarket! uses Google Data Studio to track the online scores and make adjustments if necessary.

Pubmarket! is also the go-to partner for all of Lambrechts’ B2B communications: including the corporate website, the B2B ads, the annual marketing plan, the information brochure for candidate shop owners and suppliers, the fresh sheets accompanied by instruction videos, etc. Even the packaging of SPAR and SPAR N°1 house brands are developed in the Pubmarket! studio.

Working closely with SPAR, Pubmarket! develops future-driven projects such as the pilot store in Helchteren (key visuals, POS materials and the launch campaign), the webshop (name, logo and baseline, POS material, launch campaign) and the implementation of geotargeting.
